Costs
Depending on studio size, studio rent is either £215 or £245 per calendar month. This cost is all inclusive, covering insurance, electricity, etc.
Florence Trust studios are NOT live/work spaces. Artists who would be moving to London will need to budget separately for their living rent and bills, transport and materials.
We recognise the need for many artists to work part-time during their time with us. This is not seen as a problem as long as the studio is being continually utilised by the artist.
